Please Note: Handmade & Natural Materials

Each parol is individually handcrafted using natural materials. Because of this, slight variations in size, color, shell placement, detailing, and light sequence or flashing speed are normal and make each parol unique.

The decorative brass sheeting is extremely delicate and may have small bends, creases, or other minor imperfections from the handmade process. Please refer to the product photos for examples. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Protective Plastic Covering

We strongly recommend keeping the clear protective plastic on your parol, especially if you plan to display it outdoors. The covering protects the delicate materials and provides additional water resistance.

While many of our customers display their parols outdoors, they are water resistant—not waterproof or weatherproof. Outdoor display is at the customer's own risk. We recommend bringing your parol inside during heavy rain, storms, and high winds, as wind can damage the delicate shell and decorative components.

Please note that removing the original protective plastic may affect eligibility for damage claims or returns related to damage occurring after removal. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
